A supplier's in-house test is a claim. An independent lab's report is evidence. Here's our standard — and how to read the proof yourself.
Every batch we stock is covered by a report from an independent analytical lab, matched to that batch number before the batch is listed.
HPLC purity of 98% or higher. A batch that tests below it doesn't get listed, discounted, or quietly sold.
Each COA carries a verification key you can check on the lab's own website. Ask for any product's report before you buy — contact us.
A certificate of analysis answers two questions: is this the right molecule? and how pure is it? Everything else on the report exists to back up those two answers.
Identity — mass spectrometry. Confirms the vial actually contains the molecule on the label, at the correct molecular weight. If the measured mass doesn't match the theoretical mass, nothing else on the report matters.
Purity — HPLC. High-performance liquid chromatography separates the sample into its components and measures what percentage is the target peptide versus synthesis byproducts. This is where the headline number comes from — reputable research peptides test at 98% or higher.
Batch matching. A COA for "batch A" tells you nothing about batch B. Always check the lot number on your vial against the report. No lab letterhead, screenshot-only "results," or purity well under 98% with no explanation — walk away.
Our supplier provides a third-party report (Janoshik) with each shipment. Any batch that arrives without one is sent for independent testing under our own name before it's listed. Reports are labeled by who commissioned them — us or our supplier — so you always know the provenance of the data.
