Mazdutide (IBI362) is a once-weekly dual GLP-1/glucagon receptor agonist developed by Innovent Biologics with Eli Lilly, approved by China’s NMPA for weight management. The GLORY-1 and GLORY-2 phase 3 trials reported some of the strongest weight-loss figures seen outside the triple agonists.
Lyophilized vials: keep sealed, dry, and away from light and heat. Refrigeration at 2–8°C is the best default; −20°C for long-term storage. After reconstitution: refrigerate at 2–8°C and use promptly — no beyond-use date is validated.
